Superior Construction

Linear Building Method and Parallel Building Method

First used in the construction of the Eiffel Tower, the Parallel Building Method (PBM) enables the foundation of the structure to be built concurrently with the structure itself. This results in increased precision, a significant reduction in waste, and higher level of finish details than standard linear construction. In building your home, four of the five major segments of construction will be done concurrently, allowing your home to be constructed from breaking-ground to moving-in within six months. Because the foundation and structure are all being built concurrently, Parallel Building requires that the home be built to a significantly higher standard of precision so that all parts will fit together correctly. This emphasis on precision results in a nearly 98% reduction in construction waste. This enables the builder to dedicate more time and resources to high-end finish details rather than throwing the owner’s money and materials into landfills. Because all finish details of the home are done once the house is on site, the same custom craftsmanship in finish details can be achieved. The result is a home which is built to a much higher precision, produces significantly less waste, and is built in a substantially faster timeframe than the standard linear construction method.
